WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The focus of this conference is to share measurement knowledge between meter manufacturers and end users on topics including metering technologies, flow measurement research, industry standards, government regulations, and diagnostic tools. Since 2001, this annual event has served as a forum for end users to discuss problems and find solutions to measurement issues specific to the oil & gas industries. While many presentations relate specifically to ultrasonic and Coriolis meters, a wide variety of meter types are discussed. Topics that are typically covered include:
  • Proving Meters with Low Measurement Uncertainties
  • Meter Station Field Assessments
  • Liquid Flow Conditioning
  • Viscosity Effects with Coriolis Metering
  • Approaches to Real-time Pipeline Monitoring
  • LNG Custody Measurement
  • Clamp-On Metering Technologies
  • Ultrasonic Meter Diagnostics
  • Lowering Measurement Uncertainty in the Field
  • End User Experiences Implementing New Solutions
  • Meeting Challenges to Government Regulation Compliance
  • Coriolis Meter Diagnostics and Proper Zeroing
  • Recalibration Intervals for Custody Transfer Meters
  • Impact of Dirt, Salt, Condensation & Corrosion on Flow Measurement
  • AGA and API Standard Updates

WHO WILL YOU MEET

Every year, a variety of people from different markets and countries attend. At the 2016 conference, over 20 equipment manufacturers were represented. In addition, more than 70 companies representing end users attended including those from the following industries:
